Coach Tiff has worked with CrossFit athletes since 2015. She specializes in sprint & anaerobic coaching for the CrossFit athlete. She currently shares her coaching in sprinting/ multi-athlete methodology by creating specialized programming for CrossFit athletes as well as specialty-developed sprint technique & speed workshops. She is an aerobic capacity ambassador & works hand & hand with Chris Hinshaw Crossfit endurance guru and his CrossFit Speciality Course: Aerobic Capacity.
She is the anaerobic sprint coach to a magnitude of CrossFit athletes as well as multiple-level athletes of various spots looking to efficiently and effectively improve their sprinting mechanics and speed. She has worked with & developed more than just a few top podium Crossfit athletes at the 2015 & 2016 CrossFit Games including
